Nightshade Vegetables Recipe
A tande vegetable is tasty but children do not like its taste and some people eat it by squeezing the lemon to change the taste. Now add oil to the pan and fry the onion, add tomato, coriander, red chili pepper, tamarind paste, salt, lemon juice, and curd, and prepare its gravy. Now add the half-fried lentil koftas in the curry gravy and fry it well and keep it on the tail for 4 minutes. Layjee Tende koftas are ready, now add coriander and serve them.
