Nightshade Vegetables Recipe
A tande vegetable is tasty but children do not like its taste and some people eat it by squeezing the lemon to change the taste. But if you want to feed this tande to children in a unique way, then today’s wonderful recipe is just for you, now neither the children will know nor the nutrition will decrease. First of all, wash and peel the tendrils well and chop them finely, and put them in a blender, along with adding half a cup of water and blending them now in a bowl add half a spoon of oil, green coriander, red chili powder, hot spices, chopped green chilies, poppy seeds, salt, and coriander and mix well add the blended tend to it and mix well and make small kofta-like balls.
Prepare the balls and keep them now heat oil in a pan and fry these small balls until they turn light brown. Now add oil to the pan and fry the onion, add tomato, coriander, red chili pepper, tamarind paste, salt, lemon juice, and curd, and prepare its gravy. Now add the half-fried lentil koftas in the curry gravy and fry it well and keep it on the tail for 4 minutes. Layjee Tende koftas are ready, now add coriander and serve them.
