Dried Green Peas Recipe
Today we are going to make a delicious pea puree recipe so let’s get started. First, Heat oil in a pan, now add chopped onion, and garlic and fry it. When it starts to become golden, add salt, pepper, turmeric and fry it. After 5 minutes, add the minced meat and fry it for 15 minutes.
If it melts, make a paste of standing masala by stirring continuously with a spoon. If the masala leaves oil, add dried coriander, ginger, and curd and fry it. Now add green chillies and saute the mince after that add peas… and boil the peas by adding water as required. When the peas are tender, garnish with green chilies and serve with roti and salad chutney and enjoy the delicious pea mince.
1 Half a kilo of peas.2 Mince half a kilo.3 Onion 2 pcs.4 Garlic. A tablespoon.5 Ginger-paste one tablespoon.6 Tomatoes 2 pcs.7 Green chilies 6 pcs.8 “2 thin slices”.9 Yogurt one cup.10 Salt to taste.11 Red chillies one teaspoon.
12 “custom”.13 Turmeric quarter teaspoon.14 Chopped dry coriander one teaspoon.15 Garam masala quarter teaspoon.
