This is a traditional Yee Sang platter made with daikon (white radish), sweet turnips, salmon, carrots, peanuts, crackers, pickled ginger, and assorted colorful vegetables, some Condiments like sesame and ground peanuts and a sticky sweet chutney are also used to serve it.

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Continue to deep fry the wonton wrappers cut in small batches until golden and crisp. (for 20-25 seconds). Remove from oil with a mesh skimmer and drain on a paper towel.

Arrange all the salad ingredients and the fried wonton wrappers by color on a large plate, placing the salmon pieces last. Then sprinkle the vegetables with coriander, sesame seeds, peanuts, and spices. Now cut the wonton wrappers into strips.
