Today we are going to tell you how to make an easy cake that is loved by kids and adults alike. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put butter in a bowl and add sugar and vanilla. When the butter becomes creamy, add the flour and mix. Pour this mixture into a baking tray lined with butter paper and spread evenly with a flat spoon. Bake the mixture for twenty minutes. Put eggs, sugar, and lemon peel in a bowl and beat well. As soon as the mixture is baked, take it out of the oven and immediately spread the topping over it and put it back in the oven, then bake for another 25-30 minutes or until the topping is set. Remove from oven and cool. Remove from the baking tray, remove the butter paper and cut into small squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve the yummy cake.
Ingredients:
1 Dull butter. Half the powder
2 Powdered sugar. Two ounces
3 Vanilla. A teaspoon
4 The flour Half a powder
5 Lemon Topping:
6 The eggs Four numbers
7 Fine sugar A powder
8 Lemon juice Three ounces
9 Peel the lemon zest. A tablespoon
10 Powdered sugar. to sprinkle
