How To Make Beef Arm Roast Recipe

First, peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic. Place in the bottom of the crock pot/slow cooker. Then sprinkle the beef stock and base powder over the vegetables. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper, and top with the onion and garlic. Cover and cook on low for about 9 hours.

Remove the meat and cover with foil, then let it sit while you remove the vegetables. Thicken the juice if you like. Now cut the beef or serve with onions and garlic. Remove the bone and fat from the arm roast.

Then cut it into big pieces. Put it in a pressure cooker and sprinkle salt over the meat. Chop the onion and put it on top and around the meat. Add all the ingredients except the cornstarch, and close the lid. Seal the steam valve and set it on high pressure for 40 minutes and release the steam naturally for 20 minutes. Now lift the lid and remove the meat and onions in a large bowl. Set the pot for roasting.

In a small bowl, add 1 cup of your hot broth from the pot. Then add the cornstarch and stir well until you have a smooth roux. When the liquid begins to bubble, add your corn. Pour the starch mixture into it. Stir constantly for about 4 minutes so that the sauce thickens completely. Shred the meat in the bowl with a fork. Pour it over the meat to coat well and serve over rice! And enjoy the fun.
