How To Make a Pickled Fish Recipe: A Step-by-Step Guide
Heat the oil well in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, then season the fish with salt and fry well in the hot oven until the fish is completely browned and flakes easily with a fork, let it cook for about 7 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
Now add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Add the chilies, bay leaves, black pepper, and allspice berries, then add the vinegar and water and bring to a boil. Stir in the brown sugar well until dissolved.

3 4 medium onions, chopped.
4 1 teaspoon of salt.
5 1 teaspoon ground ginger.
6 1 teaspoon ground turmeric.
7 1 teaspoon of spices.
8 3 tablespoons apricot jam.
9 Peach sauce 3 tbsp.
10 2 tablespoons of raw sugar.
12 Flour as needed.
