For seasoning, add salt, red chili powder, and ground black pepper powder for flavor. You can use any white oil that has more smoke. Peanuts, canola, rice bran, etc. work very well here. Take about three tablespoons of flour, corn flour, and rice flour.

You add a little salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder to it. Gradually add water as required to make a medium and thick batter. Heat some oil in a pan.
