Recipe For Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap Composition
You can wrap it however you want. I originally made this using Giuseppe Lars wraps. Sun-dried tomatoes, I fried them in oil. I would not recommend using regular tomatoes as they are not as flavorful and will not give a good result. Also, they will leave an extra liquid which we don’t want to wrap in. It’s much better to buy sun-dried tomatoes in oil (versus halved tomatoes) because then you don’t have to worry about pre-cutting them. Using oil for sun-dried tomatoes works great to give the wrap extra flavor! But you can use olive oil or any oil of your choice.
I have used fresh spinach leaves. I will definitely try the fresh spinach here, it tastes so good! Also, it cooks very quickly. Chop the spinach into small pieces before adding it to the skillet. Then add some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. I used egg whites to save time, you can also use egg yolks. Then I also used shredded mozzarella. A typical spinach feta wrap needs a lot of feta! I have used it fat-free but you can use as little or as much fat as you like.
