Albers Cornbread Recipe
Today we will teach you how to make a delicious and soft cornbread recipe. This cornbread is for those who don’t like to eat cornbread. And for those who don’t like eating healthy cornbread.Because it is not the same as a healthy diet. This is actually the original Albers Cornbread Box recipe. Now most people have changed it to try to use less sugar and more corn. It’s a great recipe and I still enjoy it.
It’s golden and crispy on the outside, and fairly gooey and moist on the inside. And the taste of corn is so appealing and wonderful. With its exquisite and unique taste and texture, one bite is enough to give you comfort and hearty happiness.
Albers Cornbread Composition
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a large 8-inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine the milk, oil, and egg in a small bowl. Mix well and add the milk mixture to the flour mixture; Stir just until the mixture is dissolved. Then pour it into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve hot and enjoy.
Drop batter into 12 to 13 greased or paper-lined pans. Fill muffin cups to 2/3 inch. Bake for 15 minutes. Mix all dry ingredients (including sugar) in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine all the liquids. Then add the liquids to the dry ingredients and keep mixing until well blended. Do not over-mix. Pour into a greased 8″ or 9″ square pan.
