Busy Day Soup Recipe
Today we are going to teach you a soup recipe so delicious that you will want to drink it again and again.
All you have to do is cook it with your hands or brown the meat, but the rest of the recipe just involves adding the rest of the ingredients and simmering it for just a few minutes. The base for most soups is sautéed onions, celery, and carrots, but to speed up the process on a busy day, this recipe calls for a package of dry onion soup mix instead. The advantage of having this soup is that it provides the meat with a ton of mouth-wateringly delicious and flavorful flavor without the hassle of endless chopping and cooking.
By mixing the packet into the browning meat, you can make it clear that all the spices in the packet are able to be added to the soup by mixing the beef fat with a rich flavor. After that, it’s a matter of adding flavor to vegetable broth, water, canned tomatoes, and other vegetables. Some pasta noodles are used in soups with more starch, and after cooking this delicious pasta in a flavorful broth, it’s ready to be served with the soup. It won’t take you much time to make and only requires a little effort.
An easy recipe everyone likes? Rich and flavorful broth, tender pasta, and packed with vegetables and beef in every bite. This busy-day soup tastes just the way you like it. Just boil it and serve it.
Busy Day Soup Recipe Composition
Filled with tender pasta, browned ground beef, and lots of veggies, you need this recipe staple in your life regularly! Especially on busy weeknights! In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and lean beef and cook for 6-7 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. Let it turn brown. When the meat is brown, break it into small pieces. Drain the excess fat from the pot before adding the rest of the ingredients. Mix the onion and mushroom soup mix packet with 3 cups of water and stir to hydrate the onions and spices.
Add the cooked dry meat to the pot, then add the low-sodium vegetable broth, whole grain corn, chopped green beans, peas and carrots, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Then mix in the uncooked macaroni noodles in the boiling soup pot, stir, and cook the noodles for 14-15 minutes. Stir the soup every few minutes making sure the noodles don’t stick to each other. When the noodles are cooked well, switch off the flame. Yummy soup is ready to serve in an orange bowl and enjoy.
