Vegetarian Mexican Rice Recipe
Today we will teach you how to make a delicious and spicy potato pulao. So let’s start our recipe for today. First of all, Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, cloves, and black pepper, and fry lightly. Then add potatoes, garlic ginger paste curd, ground green chilies, ground hot spices, ground black pepper, ground fennel, and coriander and fry it.
Add a little water and cook till the potatoes are cooked. Now add the pre-soaked rice and put some water and cook first on high and then on low heat. When the water starts to dry up, add the diced tomatoes, green chilies, and potatoes and keep it on the tail. Delicious potato pulao is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
