Today we will teach you how to make Chicken Taka. You may not eat a lot of Taka made by the hotel, but the taste of eating at home is something else. So let’s start our recipe for today. First of all, Marinate the chicken with vinegar, ground red pepper, pistachio masala, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, orange color, and one and a half teaspoon of salt. Then add oil to the frying pan and cook the chicken for twenty minutes, until the chicken is well cooked.
Heat oil and fry the onions in it until they turn golden brown. Now add finely chopped tomatoes to it. Also add ground red chilies, turmeric, and ground coriander and fry well. Finally, make a layer of rice on the spices and keep it for 15 minutes. Delicious and Spicy Chicken Taka is ready. Serve in a serving dish and enjoy.
