Jeera Samba Rice Mutton Biryani

Now add goat meat and fry for 3-4 minutes then add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and leave to cook for 5 minutes. You can also add spices according to your taste. After that add curd and fry well. When it starts to smell, add the prepared yakhni and keep it covered to cook. When 1.2 boils, add the soaked rice. When 1.2 kini remains in the rice, add the hot spice powder, black pepper powder, and food color and keep it for 10 minutes. After that dish it out for serving.
