Magic Pan Crepes Recipes
Our recipe today is the recipe for making crepes. If crepes are served with breakfast in the morning, the taste of the food is doubled. So let’s start with the recipe. First of all, In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking constantly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Let the mixture rest for about 10-15 minutes so that it thickens a bit.
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with butter. Pour a small amount of the mixture onto the hot pan, swirling it to form a thin, even layer. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Using a spatula, flip the crepe and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes. Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed. Enjoy these delicious crepes for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.
