Our recipe today is Seekh Kebab. Everyone eats kebabs made at the hotel, but the taste of eating kebabs made at home is something else. So let’s start making them. First, mix the kebab with 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, 1 teaspoon of hot spices, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1 beaten egg, 2 slices of double bread dipped in water, and make a skewer.
Now fry them in the Kopan and keep them aside after applying coal kadam. Now heat oil and butter in a pan to make masala. Now add boiled masala and fry for 5 minutes. Now add skewer kebab and cook on low flame. In the end, add melted coconut milk, green chilies, and ginger to it and keep it for 5 minutes. Now serve it with rotini naan and enjoy.

Vegetable Chicken Croquettes:
Today we will make Vegetables Chicken Croquettes, my mouth watered as soon as I heard its name, how fun it would be to eat it, so let’s start our recipe today. First, mash potatoes by boiling them in a pot. Boil the chicken and make it thin. When the potatoes get cold, add onion, carrot, cabbage, and all the spices to it. After that, add all the spices and mix the mixture well. Then shape the kebabs and add the eggs. Dip in and then coat in breadcrumbs and shallow fry and serve with ketchup and green chili sauce.
