Gnocchi Meat Recipe

Today we will tell you the recipe for making water meat, so let’s start. First, finely chop the onion-Heat two tablespoons of oil – then fry the onion in it and remove it when it turns golden. Boil the meat and bones in a pot with 6 cups of water. Now add 3/4 teaspoon of salt, cinnamon, saffron, one clove, three small cardamoms, and fried onions, and cook until the meat becomes soft. After that. take out the meat separately – strain the yolk and discard the bones.


While the meat is cooking, boil the milk in a separate vessel-Add the remaining cloves, small cardamom, and cinnamon to the boiling milk and cook until the milk reduces by one-third. Then strain and allow to cool-When the milk cools down Add cream to it and add 3 cups of ice cream to the meat. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and add fennel powder – then after 20 seconds add cumin and white chillies.
