Hawaiian Smoke Meat Recipe
Today we are going to share with you a Mutton Meat recipe so let’s start. Take cubed boneless mutton and meat in a pot. Add baking powder and mix well. Add curd, cream, salt, ginger garlic paste, 3 spoons of ghee and mix well and cook for 30 minutes. Keep marinating. Boil the marinated meat for three minutes. Now put this pot on the stove and mix well and let it boil. When it starts to cook, cover and lower the flame.
Cook for 45 minutes until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. And take it off and keep it aside. Melt ghee in a pan, add green cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, and hot pepper to it, mix it, and add green pepper. Then add onions and fry until golden. Add the ground coriander, ground chilies, and ground hot spices to it and fry for 2 minutes. Now add the cooked mutton along with the gravy to this spice and mix well. Now add milk and mix it. Add chopped chilies and green coriander and mix. Cover and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Till the oil comes up. Add green coriander and serve with naan and enjoy a delicious Mutton Malai.

8 One cup of cream.9 Onion is a medium chop.10 A tablespoon of lemon juice.11 Coriander powder in one teaspoon.12 Ginger garlic paste one tablespoon.13 Red chili powder in one teaspoon.14 Salt to taste.15 Hot spice powder half teaspoon.16 Three tablespoons of ghee.17 1/4 cups of milk or as required.18 For washing coal.19 Chopped Red Chilli One teaspoon.20 A quarter cup of ghee.21 Finely chopped coriander leaves.22 Green Cardamom Two nos.
How To Make Salted Meat:
Cut the meat and fat into small pieces. Add meat, salt, and a cup of water to the pan. Cook on low flame for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Run a spoon three to four times in between. Add ghee, ginger, and green chilies and fry for three minutes. Then add finely chopped tomatoes to it. And after cooking for ten minutes, increase the heat and fry.
Delicious salty meat is ready.
