Recipe For Making Mutton Handi Korma

Today’s recipe is Mutton Handi Korma, so let’s start by reciting Bismillah. Add sesame seeds, almonds, black pepper, and hot spices to a pan and fry them in a tablespoon of cooking oil, then grind them finely. Put the clay pot on the stove and heat it for ten to twelve minutes, then heat it by adding cooking oil and fry the finely chopped onion until golden and take out half of the onion separately.


Add ginger, garlic, and meat in a handi and fry well, then add red pepper and crushed coriander and fry for three to four minutes add two cups of water and let the meat rot. When the meat is well cooked, add ginger and fried onion to the curd and grind it and mix it with the meat. When the ghee separates, add the mixture of almonds and hot spices to it and keep it on low flame for five to seven minutes. Take it out in a dish and top it with whipped cream, green chilies, and green coriander start with hot naan Bashir mal and enjoy the delicious mutton handi korma.


1 kg of goat meat
2 Salt to taste
3 tablespoons of crushed garlic

8 white sesame seeds one tablespoon
9. Six to eight almonds
10 black pepper six to eight nos
11 proven hot spices one tablespoon
12 curd a cup
13 Coriander greens as desired
14 green chillies three to four nos
15. Half a cup of fresh cream
16 cooking oil a cup
