Today we will make a chicken mandi recipe so let’s start. In a grinder add coriander, cumin, black pepper, cloves, fennel, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, badian, ginger powder, and bay leaf and grind all the ingredients well, the spice is readyAdd lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, and mandi masala in a bowl and mix well. Now cut the mutton leg and sprinkle salt on it well. Then pour the prepared mixture on it and wrap it in aluminum foil and keep it in the refrigerator for six to eight hours to marinate. Heat cooking oil in a large pot, add onions, and fry for two to three minutes. Now add the marinated mutton leg and cook for five minutes on both sides. Then add water and salt to it and let it boil on medium-low heat.

When the water starts boiling, cover it with a lid and let it boil for about an hour. Now separate the yolk and mutton leg separately. Add butter and mandi masala in a bowl and mix well and apply this mixture to the boiled mutton legs. Now bake the mutton legs in a preheated oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add cumin, cardamom, cardamom, and green cardamom, and fry for one to two minutes now add green chili paste, black pepper, and salt to it and cook for two to three minutes. Then put rice in a bowl and soak it for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Now add the remaining ice and let it boil and add the soaked rice in it. When the water becomes dry, keep it for 15 minutes.
