Restaurant Style Chicken White Biryani Recipe

Today we will make White Chicken Biryani as you know everyone eats rice with great passion so let’s start our recipe today. Finely chop the onion and add crushed ginger, garlic, salt, red chilies, and curd to it and mix well. Marinate the meat with this mixture. Then heat the pot and heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in it add a teaspoon of ground cumin and add the spiced meat.


In the beginning, keep the heat high for three to four minutes, then while cooking on low heat, when the meat starts to melt, fry it till the ghee separates. In a separate pan add hot spices and cumin seeds in a tablespoon of cooking oil and add soaked rice and finely chopped mint. Mix the chicken powder in one and a half cups of water and boil it to make a paste and add it to the rice. Cover and cook on medium heat and when the water dries up, pour it over the meat in the pot. Add milk and keep it on a low flame. Serve in a serving dish and enjoy.

2 Rice___ 2 bowls

3 Salt___ to taste

4 Ginger___ 2 inch piece

5 Garlic___ 4 cloves
6 Onion___ 2 to 3 pcs

7 Proven red chilies___ 8 nos
8 White cumin ___ 1 tablespoon

9 Chicken powder___ 1 teaspoon

10 Proven hot spices___ 1 tablespoon

11 Yogurt___ 1 cup

12 Mint___ 2 tablespoons

13 Milk___ 1 quarter cup

14 Cooking oil___ as required
