Best And Easiest Recipe Of Mutton Kunna

Today we are going to tell you about the Mutton Kunna recipe. So let’s start. Heat ghee in a pan. Now add chopped onions and fry till soft. Now add the mutton and fry. Now add ginger garlic paste to it. Then add ground red chilies, Kashmiri red chilies, ground turmeric, ground coriander, salt to taste, and garam masala and fry well. After that add water and boil. After boiling, cover and cook till the meat is cooked.


Now add curd and mix well. After that mix flour with water to make a mixture and add that too and stir well with a spoon. Now add nutmeg, jaw-tri, garam masala, ground cardamom and mix well, and cover, and cook on low flame. Now for the tadka: heat ghee in a frying pan then add cumin and fry it. Then add the tadka to the gravy. Yummy Mutton Kunna is ready. Serve it with hot naan and chapati and enjoy.

2 Goat meat 1 kg
3 Ghee 1 cup chopped onions 2-3 pcs
4 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5 Crushed Red Chilli 1 tsp
6 Ground Kashmiri Red Chilli 1 tsp
7 Ground Turmeric 1 tsp
8 1 teaspoon of dried coriander

9 Salt to taste
10 Ground Cumin 1 tbsp
11 Water as required
12 Yogurt ½ cup
13 Nutmeg powder ½ tsp
14 1 pinch ground cumin
15 Garam masala 1 tbsp ground cardamom 1 pinch
16 Flour mixed with water
17 Flour 2 tablespoons Water 2 tablespoons
18 For crackers:
19 Ghee 1 cup
20 Shahi Cumin 1 tsp
